  • Controlling the expense of purchases (particularly through total cost of ownership analysis)

As an organization that truly spans the entire Group, the Quality team:

  • Defines, distributes, and drives the L’Oréal Group's Quality policy throughout the supply chain.
  • Measures quality levels, identifies potential improvements, and implements action plans, directly communicating with, among others, the Group's suppliers.

Outsourcing partnerships / Logistics

L’Oréal logistics is in charge of optimizing the flow of physical objects and information from the source to the consumer.

Its main tasks are:

  • Organizing the industrial response to commercial demand, for the purpose of handling deadlines, responsiveness, productivity, and service.
  • Optimally using production facilities and logistical means
  • Cutting time-to-market, costs, and stock
