The Group also signals its commitment to each new purchaser through its
"Purchasing Code of Ethics". Each purchaser agrees to abide by all of the points contained within this code.
The equality of suppliers in requests for quotations is fundamental for the Group. For the majority of purchasing categories, the request for quotations process is structured by globally streamlined tools and operating modes.
We are also committed to paying our suppliers by our agreed-upon deadlines, in accordance with the services received.
In exchange, L’Oréal expects that its suppliers in turn provide a high quality of service and meet their commitments. These commitments are formalized, particularly in the "General Terms of Purchase and Payment".
